プリントは、染み込み、ラバーで仕上げてあり使い込む事に色やプリントが割れ、経年変化が楽しめます。

リバースウィーブ製法

championが特許を取得し、キング・オブ・スウェットと呼ばれる契機となったのがリバースウィーブ製法。
発案されたきっかけはある一つの会話からだった。
それは「洗うと縮んで裾が短くなってしまうのはなんとかならないか？」と言うもの。
それなら、と生地の方向を縦横逆にし、更にサイドにリブを入れる事で横方向への縮みにも対応させた。
洗いを入れたら、横に縮みが出て体にフィットします。また、サイドにリブを入れる事で、生地が馴染みます。縦の縮みは出なく解消されたスウェットです。
リバースウェーブの名前の由来は、縦糸が横に走っている事から、名付けられました。
これほどオリジナリティーを持つスウェットは他になく、championと言えばリバースウィーブとすら呼ばれる理由です。

This short-sleeved Tee is finished with Champion's famous "reverse weave" manufacturing method.
The "9.4 oz. Jersey" is made of 100% cotton jersey material with a meaty feel, resulting in a highly durable fabric.
The silhouette is loose-fitting, allowing for a relaxed fit.
The print is made of rubber and is soaked into the fabric, and as it is used, the color and print will crack and change over time.

reverse weave manufacturing process

The reverse weave manufacturing process was patented by CHAMPION and led to the company being called the "King of Sweatshirts.
The idea came from a conversation.
It started with a conversation: "Can't you do something about the hem shrinking and becoming shorter when washed?The question was, "Can't you do something about the hem shortening after washing?
We decided to reverse the direction of the fabric and added ribbing on the sides to accommodate horizontal shrinkage.
After washing, the fabric shrinks horizontally and fits the body.Also, by adding ribs to the sides, the fabric will conform to the body.This sweatshirt does not shrink vertically and is eliminated.
The name "reverse wave" comes from the fact that the warp threads run horizontally.
